OUR 2-1/2" ID X 3" LONG FLEX TUBES ARE SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR EXTREME HEAT & TURBO APPLICATIONS. WITH A DOUBLE WALL SLIP JOINT INSIDE, THE EXHAUST GASES CAN ESCAPE WITHOUT BLOWING OUT THE SIDES OF THE CORRUGATED FLEXING MATERIAL.
So glad I found these bellows!! So much better made than the typical bellows a guy can find. After struggling with leaks on the super thin exterior on bellows bought online I searched out for anything better! AND I found it on some old YouTube video where you show how you make these and explain that you use 16 ga inners and 18 ga outers - after watching that video I was sold! Ordering was easy and the bellows showed up in 2 days, so super job on the shipping! All around great experience; soooo soooo much better to weld than the cheap bellows!
