Return Policy

GBE Mandrel Bending will only ship your items for free to you the purchaser to only the continental USA, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.  No international shipping services are available through this web portal.  If you need parts purchased and shipped to other destinations, please contact us at [email protected]

GBE Mandrel Bending uses USPS, FEDEX, UPS to ship your items. We will find the best cost to us and the best speed to which you will be getting your part(s)  IF your items show up through a tracking number, but you did not recieve the part(s), GBE is not liable for mis-deliveries, package theft or any other negative consequence.  Once the package(s) leave our business, it is out of our hands and we cannot be held liable for anything out of our immediate care. You MUST contact the carrier involved and ask about your product if it did not show up.

If the shipping company states that a claim must be done for re-imbursement of your costs involved, then we can file that, but you must wait like us for a refund.  If the shipping company states that it will take 7-21 days for a refund, then you must also wait for that time. ONCE we have recived a refund from the shipper(s), then we will be able to refund you.  If you choose to want those parts replaced while awaiting a refund, you MUST re-order the items you need, pay for them again and a new tracking number will be provided to you.  Again, once we recieve a refund of the initial order, then and only then will we refund monies due.


If purchasing locally, we either offer in store purchasing or curb side pickup at our location.  We do not offer personalized delivery.  



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it BEFORE the 30 days have gone by. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped postage paid by the purchaser.

GBE Mandrel Bending is not responsible for return shipping to us for a refund unless it was shown to be our fault.  At that time a shipping label will be provided to you, but you must have an RMA number to proceed.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Cut or "altered" mandrel bends,  cross threaded bungs, cut or broken hangers, any welded item(s), cross threaded or snapped bolts, or anything to show excessive force, misuse or neglect
  • Installed items, such as clamps, brackets, flanges showing signs of installation, gaskets

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so that we can give you an RMA number.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Damaged or unuseable items made as a defective product by the manufacturer,
  • Missing parts such as a reducing valve in a dredge nozzle
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (Discression is up the GBE MANDREL)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and why.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet after 5 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].  Rememeber, we are not the payment processors. They take money easily, but tend to not like to return it as fast as they took it.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/blems cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of the purchase date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 15600 SE FOR MOR COURT, SUITE B, Clackamas Oregon USA 97015.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of ORIGINAL shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
